The Vegetables

The Vegetables we grow are managed organically. The wide range of vegetables we grow allow us to have a diverse crop rotation. A good crop rotation reduces the chance of weed, pest, and disease damage. We use our own compost and cover crops to fertilize the vegetables.

If you peruse our fields, you might just stumble upon….
